Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of the product, Get Hooked Seafoods Pty Ltd can only offer a refund in limited circumstances.

If you believe that the product you have received is faulty or not as you ordered, you will need to provide us with the details within twelve hours of collecting the product. 

All refunds will be at the discretion of Get Hooked Seafoods and will be refunded back to your credit card, usually within seven business days.

Orders can not be cancelled online once they have been processed. If you wish to cancel an order please email your details to

Get Hooked Seafoods can only cancel the order if it has not yet been prepared for sale.

No refunds are available for orders that has been picked up.
